Existing option — all current subscribers remain on this model by default

Overage charges apply per GB consumed beyond your monthly allowance, until data resets on the 1st day of each month.

Once your allowance is consumed, you receive free unlimited data at 1 Mbps down / 0.5 Mbps up for the remainder of the month.

Data is automatically added in recurring 25 GB or 250 GB blocks through the end of the month and billed accordingly. The block size can be adjusted at any time — simply contact us.

Same as the per-GB opt-out option: free unlimited data at 1 Mbps / 0.5 Mbps for the rest of the month. Unused top-up data does not roll over.

Choose your overage model
Select either Per-GB or Top-Up. Once selected, your choice is locked for the remainder of the current month and resets on the 1st.

If you are on the Top-Up model, you can switch between 25 GB and 250 GB increments during the month. Contact us and we will process the change for you.

Plan Changes
Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Charges are prorated based on a 30-day month.

Mid-Month Activation
Cost and data allowance, including TAC fee where applicable, are prorated. Activating later in the month reduces both cost and available data for that month.

Mid-Month Cancellation
Service costs are not prorated if you cancel or suspend mid-month. The full month is charged.
