Terms and Conditions:
Activation and Configuration Services 
Establishment of a dedicated subscriber organization within the system.
Activation of the Push-to-Talk (PTT) device on the Iridium satellite network.
Setup of talk groups for efficient communication among users.
Configuration of the PTT command centre, including user access management.
Support for managing user accounts, devices, and talk groups to ensure optimal functionality.
One-off activation fees of $60 per device.
One-off activation fee of $60 per Talk Group.
 
Initial Commitment:
The Iridium PTT subscription is a prepaid service. The subscription charges are as follows:
Quarterly subscription charge: $124 per device per month or $372 per quarter.
Annual subscription charge: $78 per device per month or $936 per annum.
 
Ongoing Subscription Charges:
After the initial commitment period, PTT subscriptions will be billed on a month-to-month basis.
 
Early Termination Fees (ETF):
An Early Termination Fee (ETF) applies if the subscription is terminated before the end of the initial commitment period.
The ETF will be calculated and confirmed upon request.
The ETF will not apply after the commitment date.

 

Talk Group (TG) Specifications and Terms**
 
1. Device Requirements:
   – A minimum of 2 devices per Talk Group (TG).
   – A maximum of 10,000 devices per Talk Group (TG).
 
2. Subscription Commitment: 
   – The TG subscription operates on a month-to-month commitment basis.
 
3. TG Size Modification: 
   – The size of the Talk Group can be modified at any time upon request.
 
4. Activation Fee: 
   – A one-time activation fee of $60 per Talk Group applies.
 
5. PTT Configuration Management:
   – The configuration of the Push-to-Talk (PTT) through the command centre is to be managed by the end user.
